Rita graduated from Otago Polytechnic in 2019 with a degree in Occupational Therapy and became a Registered Hand Therapist in 2023. Rita is passionate making hand splints, taping, managing scars/wounds, and doing dry needling.

She is from Hong Kong, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and she has been living in New Zealand since 2013.
